* In order to benefit form the Student Fee it is compulsory to send us a student certificated, signed by the Head of Department.

Cancellation policy
Registered participants unable to attend the Congress may ask for refunds. All cancellation must be adressed by writting to the General Secretariat.

  • A cancellation fee of 30,00 € will be withheld if refund is requested in writing after May 1st, 2010; and 50% of registration fees if before June 1st, 2010.
  • No refunds will be accepted if requested after that date, (June 1st, 2010).
  • All refunds will be done after the congress.
  • For registration related with an abstracts which has been accepted and included for publication in the abstract book (main or addenda), a cost of at least 250€ will be retained.

Hotel Accommodation
  • 100% payment in advance will be required in order to guarantee the reservation.
  • After June 1st 2010 the availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Allotments at the Hotel are for the dates of the events (July 18-23, 2010). Previous days or late departure reservations are subject to hotel availability.
  • Special needs cannot be guaranteed, however Grupo Pacifico will do their best to honor all requests.
  • A confirmation letter will be sent once reservation is confirmed.
  • Cancellations and/or changes should be made in writing exclusively to Grupo Pacifico.
  • No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 AM on the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable. The hotel is enabled to charge the total amount of the whole stay.
  • Please note that all appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

Cancellation Policy

  • Written cancellation received by April 1st ,2010: Full refund
  • Written cancellation or overnight reduction received between March 21st, 2010 and June 21st, 2010: 50% cancellation fees apply
  • Written cancellation or overnight reduction received after June 21st , 2010: 100% cancellation fees apply
  • For registration related with an abstracts which has been accepted and included for publication in the abstract book (main or addenda), a cost of at least 250 will be retained.
